Customized Software

Custom Software Development

Our software development process has been designed from the ground up to deliver results that satisfy the clients business goals, for business employees or customers, and is based on three principles: lean, transparent and flexible.

In-House Expertise

We partner with our clients to understand their unique business context and create custom software that turns their “secret sauce” into an enhanced competitive edge.

We have in-house expertise in the most sustainable, adaptable technologies and platforms.

We start testing prototypes in the first couple of days on a project, and we continue this cycle of testing and refining until we launch.

This helps us uncover and correct faulty assumptions early and often in the project, while there’s still time to turn them into value-maximizing opportunities.

ERP

Enterprise Resource Planning

ERP provides an integrated and continuously updated view of core business processes.

ERP systems track business resources and the status of business commitments.

ERP facilitates information flow between all business functions and manages connections to outside stakeholders.

CRM

Customer Relationship Management

CRM systems compile customer data across different channels, or points of contact between the customer and the company, which could include the company’s website, telephone, live chat, direct mail, marketing materials, and social media.

The system shares data across various departments that provide the data.

HRM

Human Resource Management

HRM is the strategic approach to the effective management of organization workers.

HRM can help the business gain a competitive advantage.

HRM is designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer’s strategic objectives.

CMS

Content Management Systems

CMS manages the creation and modification of digital content.

It typically supports multiple users in a collaborative environment, CMS features vary widely.

Most CMSs include Web-based publishing, format management, history editing, and version control, indexing, search, and retrieval.

SaaS

Software as a Service

SaaS is a business model of software delivery, where centrally hosted software is accessible via web browsers from anywhere and is licensed on a subscription basis.

We can develop the functional, high-performance SaaS apps your company needs to take it to another level.

CSD

Cloud Software Development

Cloud-based software development is an excellent solution for an enterprise that needs an app or program with a richer user-customization experience, higher scalability, and seamless back-end integration.

PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS

  • Ideation
  • Design
  • Development
  • Testing
  • Deployment

The first step is to generate worthy ideas that can form the foundation for the New Product Development strategy. Even in this early stage, we make sure you can answer questions like: Who is the customer? What specific need(s) will the product satisfy? How can we communicate the value of this product?

After conceptualizing the idea, we focus on the product design stage. Here, we make major decisions regarding the choice of technologies, operating systems, interfaces, and more. Further alterations, if any required, are also made to the concept idea, before moving on to the next step, that is, development.

Our development team relies on Agile Product Development that focuses on incremental and iterative development while promoting collaboration and communication. This step centers around the required features of the product, the prototype development, and user experience, among others through algorithmic approaches with cost optimization in mind as well.

Our test engineers deployed in the organization use and judge the product based on performance. After checking the product’s performance, the test engineers map the marketing mix results with the product created. If any issues are found, changes are planned and implemented before the final go-ahead.

Once the product is thoroughly tested and passes all the quality checks, it is ready to be deployed and, thus, released into the market. This stage calls for feedback, as it will enable further re-engineering processes which the product might as well need to go through.
